JAISAL SECURITIES LIMITED was incorporated in March’94. The Company became a listed Company when its shares were listed at the Bombay and Madras Stock Exchanges immediately after its intial public offerings during May’95. More than 1000 new Shareholdes joined the company duing the above said issue. The Company’s Share Capital is around Rs. 3 Crores. The Shares of the Company are eligible to be held in dematerialized form in Central Depository Services (India) Limited and National Securities Depository Limited.
PROMOTERS
Jaisal Securities Limited was promoted by Mr.Mahesh Chandak, a Chartered Accountant having more than 15 years of experience in practise as Chartered Accountant especially in the field of taxation & Corporate Consultancy. He is ably cojoined by his brother Mr.Dwarkadas Chandak, who is also a Chartered Accountant. He has experience in Share broking for more than 13 years.

The Company does equity research on an on going basis the Company constantly identifies scrips with good growth potential and keeps track of them to make right investment decisions. The equity research is primarily meant for its own portfolio of investments and for recommending to its clientele. The Company has got approval from RBI to act as Full fledged Money Changers in foreign exchange during 1997 and doing the foreign exchange business successfully for 8 years.The free flot of the rupee and the liberalization in matters of forward covers, cross currency swaps, remittances of forex etc., have opened the doors of the Indian Economy The Company’s contact with corporate and the individuals through its other departments gives it an edge to effective marketing for this division. The Company buys/sells all major international Currencies and Travelers Cheques. We are Stockist of American Express Travelers Cheques, and sell to corporate Executives and business people who travel abroad for business purposes. For Individuals who go for tourist, also take Travelers Cheques and Currencies from Us. Apart fom Buying and selling of Foreign Curencies, We also do Money Transfer. Western Union is the fastest way to receive money from abroad. People who are woking in abroad may send money through Western Union for their relatives or friends staying in India. We ae the Sub agent of Kuoni Travels- one of the famous Foreign Exchange dealer and agent of Western Union.
